Delete your account

If you’ve created an account on the Play store or Apple app store and would like to permanently delete it, follow the steps below. Deleting your account is irreversible and removes access to your profile, preferences, and any associated services.

Please note this is applicable for following apps:

Syntagi - Open for Acquisition - Package name - ​com.syntagi.patients

Chandrakumar Deshmukh -Syntagi - Package name - com.syntagihealthcare.chandrakumardeshmukh

 

"You can delete your account from within the app (fastest), or by emailing our support team. Some records may be retained for legal, security, or auditing purposes, as permitted by law."

Option A: Delete from Your Qease Account (Recommended)

  1. Sign in to your mobile app.

  2. Go to Profile → View And Edit Details → Three dots menu.

  3. Select Delete Account.​

After you confirm:

  • Your login access will be removed.

  • Your profile and personal data will be queued for deletion.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email/SMS when the deletion is complete.

If you don’t see a Delete button, use Option B (Email) below.

Option B: Request Deletion by Email

If you cannot access your account, email us from your registered email address:

  • To: [qease.management@gmail.com]

  • Subject: Account Deletion Request – Qease

  • Body (template):

    • Full Name:

    • Registered Email/Phone:

    • Last Login (approx.):

    • Reason for deletion (optional):

    • I confirm I want to permanently delete my Qease account and understand this action cannot be undone.

We may ask for additional verification to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.

What Gets Deleted

  • Personal profile data (e.g., name, email/phone, profile photo).

  • Account-level preferences and saved settings.

  • App usage data linked to your account identity (where feasible).

What May Be Retained (Limited & Lawful)

We may retain certain data as required or permitted by applicable law (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or security), and to comply with contractual obligations. Where retention is required, we will restrict such data from active use and minimize it to what’s strictly necessary.

Timeframe

  • In-product deletions typically begin immediately after confirmation.

  • Backend deletion processes usually complete within [7 days] depending on system load and legal checks.

  • You will receive a final confirmation when the process is complete.

Linked Services & Third Parties

If your Qease account is linked to third-party apps or identity providers (e.g., Google/Apple sign-in), deleting your Qease account will not automatically delete data those parties hold. Please contact those providers directly for their deletion process.

Re-Activation

Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You may create a new account later using the same email/phone only if it’s no longer associated with an active record.

For India-Based Users

We respect user rights under applicable laws (including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023). You can exercise your rights to access, correct, or delete personal data by using the options above or contacting support.
